The Washington Commanders have re-signed free-agent defensive tackle Carl Davis, according to an announcement from the team. A third-round pick back in 2015, Davis' career has included stints with the Ravens, Browns, Colts, Jaguars, Patriots, Cowboys, and Commanders. He appeared in three games with Washington last year, amassing just three tackles. He's a physical specimen in the trenches, checking in at 6-foot-5 and 335 pounds. Beyond his brief stint with the Commanders last year, Davis has history with head coach Dan Quinn, dating back to their time in Dallas. He played in three games for the Cowboys in 2023. This move gives the Commanders veteran depth up front.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
